• packaging and product appearance may differ slightly from images shown; and
• specifications may change without notice as part of GULL's commitment to continuous product improvement.

These updates do not affect the authenticity or quality of genuine GULL products.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including a full refund if you choose not to proceed.

Payment is required in full before an order is dispatched.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

All online payments are processed securely through Shopify and our authorised payment providers. GULL Australia does not store your complete credit card details.

Acceptance of your order occurs when your order has been processed and dispatched.

In rare circumstances, we may decline or cancel an order, including where:

• an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred;

Where payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

Products purchased through GULL Australia or our authorised dealers are supported by local warranty and after-sales service.
